人脑微血管内皮细胞 HBMEC  的详细介绍
人脑微血管内皮细胞是血脑屏障的主要组成成分,并使其能够限制可溶性和细胞样物质从血液进入大脑。大脑微血管内皮细胞与外周内皮细胞相比具有一些特性:如1)脑微血管内皮细胞有许多细胞间紧密连接,这些连接造成很高的跨内皮阻抗,并能延迟细胞旁的通量;2)脑微血管内皮细胞缺乏内皮细胞窗孔结构并且其液相物质胞饮水平低;3)脑微血管内皮细胞具有不对称定位的酶和载体介导的转运系统,从而造成“两极分化”的表现型。?与外周内皮细胞相同,大脑微血管内皮细胞表面表达细胞粘附分子以调控白细胞进入大脑。由于微血管内皮细胞的器官特异性,大脑微血管内皮细胞广泛用于研究血脑屏障的分子和细胞机制。
ScienCell实验室的HBMEC分离自人大脑组织,原代冻存,冰冻运输。每管细胞密度超过5×105/ml。细胞特性经vWF/Factor VIII和CD31 (P-CAM)?免疫荧光鉴定,能够摄取DiI标记乙酰化低密度脂蛋白(DiI-Ac-LDL)。本细胞经检测不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell?实验室特制的培养基,可保证此细胞的良好培养。
